The Best Vermont Maple Syrup Needed for the Big E
Co-managers Sheila Masterson and Mary Croft are working on plans for the 2008 Big E in West Springfield, MA, and are looking for all grades of Vermont maple syrup for the fair.
Only syrup in 30 or 40 gallon stainless steel drums will be purchased. A premium will be paid on all syrup purchased, but the syrup must be of superior quality and in the top half of the grade charts for both flavor and color.
