Vermont Maple Fudge

Ingredients:

2 cups favorite Vermont Maple Syrup
1/3 cup cream
Nuts optional

Preparation:
1. Mix well in saucepan, boil on medium heat until soft ball stage.
2. Let cool to 150 degrees.
3. Stir until thickened.
4. Pour into buttered loaf pan.
