  1. In a small saucepan over medium high heat, combine the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pepper and maple syrup. Stir together until the mixture begins to steam, being careful not to bring to a boil. Once heated through, pour into two small mugs to share and enjoy! Or pour into a big mug for a single, large latte.
