Like so many other sugarmakers, we started out small with a "backyard" operation, producing only a few gallons of syrup a year. But, once we started making enough syrup to sell, we couldn't imagine NOT being members of VMSMA. With educational opportunities and publications throughout the year, advocacy for the industry, maple focused promotion and advertising, Maple Open House Weekend and support hosting and promoting events at our own operation, we deeply value the broad range of benefits that our membership provides. We truly appreciate how the maple community works together and supports one another, and the VMSMA is an essential representation of this teamwork.
