I am the fourth generation to sugar on this family owned farm. The sugarhouse was designed and built by myself using lumber I cut off the farm. We are a single source operation - all of our sap comes only from the family owned property. I am proud of the certified organic maple syrup that we make, and I usually have fun doing it!
