Firefly Farm at Burke Hollow is a small family farm sustaining community with nourishing food. We are committed to working with nature to feed our neighbors and care for the land that sustains us all.
We make our maple syrup the old fashioned way - wood fired in a small sugarhouse! We bottle in glass and offer a variety of sizes at our roadside farmstand - open year round, daily 9am to 7pm.
