We are family owned and operated, certified organic and recognized as being bird friendly maple syrup producers. Our maple syrup is boiled in a wood fired evaporator and in 2025 our syrup won "Best in Show" at the VT maple Festival in St. Albans! We love what we do and we love making syrup at our high elevation property in Walden!
