What You’ll Need

Instructions

  1. First, make the maple rosemary simple syrup.
  2. To a pan on medium heat, add water, maple syrup and 2-3 twigs of fresh rosemary. Let it heat up (no boiling needed), and once warm turn off the heat. Cover the pan with a plate and let it sit for around 20 to 30 minutes for the flavors to steep in. This makes enough for 4 to 5 drinks depending on how large or small your glasses are and how such syrup would you add to each drink.
  3. Once the flavors are well infused, it's time to make the drink.
  4. For 1 drink, to a cocktail shaker, add 1 to 2 ounces of the prepared syrup (1 oz. for a less sweeter mocktail). Then add 2 ounces of cranberry juice (use unsweetened juice). Add generous pinch of all spice. Pour over ice and garnish with extra rosemary and cranberries, as desired.
