Cranberry Maple Rosemary Mocktail

What You’ll Need
Instructions
- First, make the maple rosemary simple syrup.
- To a pan on medium heat, add water, maple syrup and 2-3 twigs of fresh rosemary. Let it heat up (no boiling needed), and once warm turn off the heat. Cover the pan with a plate and let it sit for around 20 to 30 minutes for the flavors to steep in. This makes enough for 4 to 5 drinks depending on how large or small your glasses are and how such syrup would you add to each drink.
- Once the flavors are well infused, it's time to make the drink.
- For 1 drink, to a cocktail shaker, add 1 to 2 ounces of the prepared syrup (1 oz. for a less sweeter mocktail). Then add 2 ounces of cranberry juice (use unsweetened juice). Add generous pinch of all spice. Pour over ice and garnish with extra rosemary and cranberries, as desired.
