Choice Maple is located in central Vermont with epic views of the Green Mountains, set on the most tranquil 150 acre setting in Hartford, Vermont. This land, we call The Farm has been in our family for five generations and once was a working dairy farm. Today, The Farm has been transformed into one of the premier maple sugaring operations in Vermont, where not only sap runs, but where the prettiest of horses still roam. In the springtime, we harvest sap from maple trees located in Hartford, Bethel, Strafford, Barnard and Rochester, Vermont. We pride ourselves on the quality and taste you will find in our Organic Maple Syrup and other Maple products. Our Farm is the very sense of family - which makes our labor of sugaring so heartfelt and dearly valued.
