Golden Dog Farm
Golden Dog Farm is the Worple family farm in the Green Mountains near Smuggler's Notch. Producing organic maple syrup in a beautiful timber framed Sugarhouse since the Spring of 2021.
A “happy” of Golden Retrievers in the family inspired the Golden Dog Farm name - currently home to Boo, Mar, Dewey, Uncle Lenny and counting.
What is a "happy?" It's the term we've coined as the collective noun for a group of Goldens - like a "rhumba" of rattlesnakes, a "murder" of crows, or a "gaggle" of geese.
Our philosophy? Happiness is Golden.

Maple Sugarhouse Tour, Music (Sweet Melodies from the incredibly talented Eric George), Mansfield’s Best Friends (aka the Golden Retriever Experience w/ Butternut Goldens), Maple Brunch, Mimosas.
Start the day with a hike (or shuttle) to the Golden Dog Farm Sugarhouse, where, if Mother Nature cooperates, you’ll see us making maple syrup in person. Taste fresh hot syrup and enjoy Sugar on Snow, a classic Vermont treat.
At 11:30 AM, welcome the Butternut Goldens at the Ira Allen Barn for a full Golden Retriever Experience—pure joy for dog lovers!
Join us anytime in the Ira Allen Barn for a delicious maple brunch featuring pancakes, bacon, and more from Two Sons Bakehouse. Sip on fresh coffee, OJ, and one included mimosa per adult. A cash bar will offer hot drinks, maple-themed cocktails, and our newly released wine.
