Vermont Evaporator Company and Main Street Middle School
The Vermont Evaporator Company is situated in an old granite shed in downtown Montpelier. Beneath the old cranes that carried rock to and fro generations ago, we use state-of-the-art equipment to manufacture backyard sap evaporators like our flagship product, the "Sapling!" We are generally open from 8:30-2:30 weekdays Fall through Spring, and you are always welcome to stop by for a tour.
