Our small family run operation is handicap accessible and features energy efficient new technology. We are open to the public year round and encourage visitors during the season. We are located on Cedar Crest Dr. just off Route 5 between Derby and Derby Line.

Open House Activities
During the fall maple open house, we will have sugarhouse and sugarbush tours. We will have maple cream, maple sugar, maple candy, and maple syrup for sale. We will also have sample of all those items. In addition, we will have sugar on snow and baked goods baked with our syrup and sugar. During fall open house, we will also be featuring our holiday gift boxes and baskets.

We are located on Cedar Crest Dr which is just off Route 5 between Derby and Derby Line. Look for our Deer Ridge Maple sign just off Route 5.

We are usually open evenings and some weekends but it is always best to call (802) 766-5447 or (802) 323-2167 to ensure someone will be at the sugarhouse.
The sugarhouse is open limited hours during November and December. Visitors can schedule a visit outside posted times by calling or texting (802) 323-2167.
Activities change with the seasons - people can always tour the sugarhouse and visit the woods. We also have samples of our award winning maple syrup and products.
We have a real maple tree inside our sugarhouse and have a scavenger hunt that visitors can do with young children to locate different natural artifacts located within our sugarhouse.
