A family tradition spanning over 4 generations, the Boydens harvest sweet sap from a single forest of 300 sugar maples located right on the farm with over 11,000 taps. Our certified organic maple syrup is made the old-fashioned way; boiled over a wood-fired evaporator in a sugar house conveniently located directly behind the winery.
