Tubing and Mainline Recycling Event 2025

Maple Tubing Recycling Event

The Windsor County Maple Producers Association and Greater Upper Valley Solid Waste District are hosting an annual recycling event to help keep maple tubing out of the landfill. Join us at the South Woodstock Fire Department on November 8th from 9 - 12pm to do your part in making the maple industry even more sustainable and environmentally-friendly.

Rules of Recycling:
?? Sapline must pass the float test to be accepted. A small piece should float in water. Older tubing that does not float cannot be recycled.
?? Plastic fittings do not have to be removed.
?? Tubing must be relatively clean and free of leaves and debris.
?? Mainline must be cut to 3 foot lengths.
?? Wire & metal clamps must be removed.
?? No PVC.

Cost:
$15/cubic yard; $15 minimum for smaller quantities

Pre-register with estimated volume in cubic yards by October 25th.
