Maple Bourbon Milkshake

2 scoops vanilla ice cream (about 2 cups)
2 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup, plus 1 teaspoon for garnish
1 to 4 ounces bourbon, to taste
½ cup milk

1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
2. Divide between two glasses and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve with a straw.
