Maple Turmeric Latte

Recipe from Butternut Mountain Farm

1 1/2 cups oat, almond or coconut milk
1 tsp ground turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp freshly grated ginger
Crack of fresh pepper
1 Tbsp pure Vermont maple syrup, dark robust preferred

1) In a small saucepan over medium high heat, combine the milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, pepper and maple syrup. Stir together until the mixture begins to steam, being careful not to bring to a boil. Once heated through, pour into two small mugs to share and enjoy! Or pour into a big mug for a single, large latte.
