Maple Ginger Habanero Popsicles

Instructions

  1. Combine water, ginger and habanero in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Add syrup, stir, then let cool. Once ingredients have cooled, pour into popsicle molds leaving 1/4 inch -1/2 inch space on top to allow for expansion during freezing. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight.
