Eddy Farm Maple

Eddy Farm Maple is a fourth generation Vermont Farm but a first generation Maple producer. Changing with the landscape and the times, Dave Eddy is now making Maple syrup on a dairy farm that has been in his family since 1927. The land, once open and grazed by dairy cows is now producing maple sap that is boiled on the wood fired evaporator to make the delicious maple syrup that Vermont is known for. Stop in and sample the sweet taste of pure maple syrup.
