Business overview

A small sugaring operation at the base of Camel’s Hump founded in 2020, we are a collaboration of Fielder Road neighbors, Bert & Sarah Dickerson and Andrew & Rachel McPhedran. We produce syrup from 500 taps using a traditional wood fired arch. We think the wood fire imparts a subtle boost of flavor as it slowly caramelizes the sugars to produce the best syrup.
