We’re just getting started, but our maple story begins with a beautiful northern Vermont sugarbush that has already been producing sap for years. Our goal is to learn the land carefully, work with experienced local producers, and build the operation in a way that respects the forest first. We are especially interested in the connection between maple, woodland management, and thoughtful, small-scale product development. Visitors should expect an operation that is still growing into itself: part traditional sugarbush, part working forest, and part long-term experiment in what a small modern maple business can become. Over time, we hope to share syrup and maple products that feel tied to the place they came from.
