Merton’s Maple Syrup is produced in a 150 year old sugar house in Putney, VT. Boiling on a wood- fired evaporator, the wood comes from thinning the sugarbush and pine slabs. It’s a pretty rustic operation, but we do have R/O and vacuum, and solar panels to produce electricity. We’re not organic certified but we make great tasting syrup!
