We started producing Certified Organic and Bird-Friendly Maple Syrup in 2009 and have learned and grown a little each year. We are an active family who love spending time outdoors exploring our forest. Sugaring is a way for us to get to know and appreciate the land where we live. And maple syrup is delicious! Our sugar house is located at our home on the property of Sleepy Hollow Ski & Bike Center in Huntington, Vermont. Stop by and check out our new REAP grant-funded electric evaporator.
