Shelburne Sugarworks

We are 3rd generation Vermont sugarmakers located in Shelburne just 8 miles from Burlington. This is a tradition passed down from our grandmother who began making maple syrup during WW II when sugar was scarce due to the war effort. Our sugarhouse is open to the public from 12 - 5 pm on weekends from March 7th through April 12, 2026. We will be open from 10am - 5 pm March 21st and 22nd to celebrate Vermont Open House weekends. Guided tours every hour. Bring your boots (or snow shoes) and enjoy a walk in our sugar woods. We have miles of trails open for hiking, skiing, snow shoeing and mountain biking.
