Sherman Hollow Organic Farm

Sherman Hollow Organic Farm, a small family farm known for its maple and honey products, is located in the foothills of the Green Mountains of Vermont.
Each Spring we collect sap from groves of maple trees in our sugarbush certified as “Bird Friendly” by Vermont Audubon. We carefully boil down small batches of the sap into maple syrup over a wood fired evaporator in our classic post and beam sugarhouse built from trees on the farm.
The Sherman Hollow Organic Farm sugarhouse has been Certified by the Vermont Maple Sugar Makers Association as meeting the highest standards for food production quality and safety. The sugarhouse operates year round to produce and bottle maple syrup and honey.
One of our unique products is Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup. The maple syrup is aged in charred oak barrels, previously used to produce Bourbon. The aging infuses a subtle bourbon flavor that compliments the maple flavor.
Visit the sugarhouse during sugaring season to see maple syrup being made and sample our delicious maple products. Our customers say they are the best they have ever tasted.
