Thompson Farm LLC

Thompson Farm is a family farm that has been producing maple syrup and dairying in Colchester since 1797. Current farm products include syrup, Christmas trees, pumpkins, and raspberries. The sugaring operation was upgraded in 2015 to have 500 taps on pipeline, incorporated reverse osmosis, and installed a Leader wood-fired evaporator with enhanced steam-away. Located 2.5 miles from Colchester village, Thompson Farm sells maple products year-round.
