Wolf Cottage Maple

Wolf Cottage Maple is a commercial maple sugaring operation in Wolcott, Vermont, producing pure Vermont maple syrup from approximately 8,000 taps across a privately managed sugarbush. Our focus is careful forest stewardship, modern high-vacuum collection and reverse-osmosis processing, and exceptionally well-made syrup that reflects the character of our land. We are developing a distinctive premium maple brand while continuing the property’s established history of syrup production. Retail products and visitor experiences will be introduced gradually as the operation develops.
