Gin Maple Mule
This recipe comes to us from our friends at Butternut Mountain Farm. A perfect way to celebrate sugaring season, this Maple Mule takes like springtime in a glass!

- Muddle the fresh mint leaves in a glass. Add the maple syrup, lime juice and gin and stir well. Add some ice (whatever amount you prefer) and then top off with the ginger beer.
Tips
- You can make this alcohol free by substituting seltzer or more ginger beer for the gin (ginger beer is like a strong ginger soda and is non-alcoholic).
