Instructions

  1. Muddle the fresh mint leaves in a glass. Add the maple syrup, lime juice and gin and stir well. Add some ice (whatever amount you prefer) and then top off with the ginger beer.

Tips

  1. You can make this alcohol free by substituting seltzer or more ginger beer for the gin (ginger beer is like a strong ginger soda and is non-alcoholic).
